Description

Someone on Civ created a cool Nightmare Before Christmas Flux 1 dev lora (https://civitai.com/models/680132/nightmare-before-christmas-creator-f1d) that I'd like to play around with. It would be great to have a workflow where I can plug in a picture of someone and make them look like a NMBC creature. But since this lora is a Flux 1 dev lora, that probably means I need to use a flux workflow and not the normal style and composition transfer workflow with sd 1.5 or sdxl (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czcgJnoDVd4)

So I started watching this youtube video by Code Crafters Corner (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_fSBBVbtWFA&list=PLBnZRTJwbWXlbI3QwI49ivSP5aiS5pPiN&index=81) and I took 2 of the flux workflows featured in the video and combined them into 1 so that this flux dev workflow has: load image, lora, canny and controlnet. And the image results didnt produce anything recognizable. (I even put the lora trigger word in my prompt).

I tried a few tests as well. For instance, if you go to the 6:12 mark of the Code Crafters Corner youtube video, I tried that workflow but added a lora to it, and that didnt work either. Any clue what I'm doing wrong?
