This is my workflow that uses 3 LoRas. It uses my regular work flow using 2 samplers, connect first sampler to VAE decode and bypass the split sigma node to only use the top one.

There is an option to resize the latent before the second pass (currently bypassed). You can actually use a different resolution than the original but results may differ.
